FKRTL Online Queue via Mobile JKN: Take a Queue Number From Home

FKRTL stands for Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan — Advanced Referral Health Facilities, namely major clinics, general hospitals, and specialised hospitals that receive referred patients from primary clinics (FKTP) like Klinik Beth Rapha. Once a BRAI doctor issues a referral letter, you are entitled to take an online queue number at the destination FKRTL through the BPJS Kesehatan Mobile JKN app.

BPJS Kesehatan introduced this feature so members no longer have to arrive at dawn just to queue at the counter.

What the Mobile JKN FKRTL Queue Does

The FKRTL Queue feature in Mobile JKN lets JKN-KIS members pull a polyclinic queue number at their referral hospital before leaving home. You get an estimated service time and can arrive close to your slot rather than wait for hours.

Requirements Before You Queue

  • An active referral letter from your FKTP (clinic or puskesmas). Referrals are valid for 90 days.
  • The Mobile JKN app installed and logged in with your NIK / JKN-KIS card number.
  • BPJS Kesehatan membership status is active (no overdue contributions for independent members).
  • The destination hospital is integrated with the BPJS online queue system (most referral hospitals already are).

Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Mobile JKN app → tap “Pendaftaran Pelayanan” (Service Registration).
  2. Choose “Faskes Rujukan (FKRTL)” — Referral Facility.
  3. The app shows your active referrals — pick the one you want to use.
  4. Select the visit date and the destination polyclinic matching your referral.
  5. Tap “Ambil Antrean” (Take Queue). The app issues a queue number, booking code, and estimated call time.
  6. Screenshot the queue ticket — show it at the FKRTL counter on arrival.

Tips for a Smooth Visit

  • Book the day before when possible — popular polyclinic slots fill quickly in the morning.
  • Arrive 30–45 minutes before the estimated time for counter verification and SEP issuance.
  • Bring your ID card, JKN-KIS card, referral letter, and queue screenshot.
  • Cancel through the app if you cannot make it — don’t let the slot go unused.

What If the Queue Cannot Be Taken?

Most common reasons: the referral has expired (>90 days), the destination polyclinic is not registered at your chosen FKRTL, or the hospital’s queue system is temporarily offline. Solution: call BPJS Care Center 165 or return to your FKTP for a referral renewal.

Klinik Beth Rapha’s Role as Your FKTP

As your First-Tier Health Facility (FKTP), Klinik Beth Rapha is the main entry point for BPJS members — general practitioner consultations, vaccinations, and the Prolanis program for diabetes & hypertension are available without a referral. Only when your condition requires advanced care will our doctors issue an FKRTL referral that you can then pair with the Mobile JKN queue.
